R3 Mobile PT is a mobile physical therapy practice specializing in orthopedic pelvic floor and post-tummy tuck rehab. We provide evaluation and individualized treatment services for women in Phoenix to help YOU become limitless throughout all stages of motherhood.
ABOUT ME
In 2022, I found a passion for barre fitness and was inspired by the community of women, a lot of which are moms. I saw a need in this population for mobile physical therapy and wellness services because the common theme was there just isn’t enough time in the day for them to address their concerns! I wanted to make it easier for women to access the care they deserve, and R3 Mobile PT was born.
In-HOME SERVICES
INITIAL EVALUATION
During the initial evaluation we review your medical history and current concerns. I look at you holistically and perform specific tests and save time for a lot of education! Lastly, we collaborate to build a customized plan to allow you to reach your specific goals, 90 min.
TREATMENT
After the eval are treatment sessions which can look like reviewing your new exercise plan each session, strength training, manual therapy techniques like manipulation (adjustments), cupping, mobility work, return to sport training & of course education, 60 min.
Your littles (and dogs) are absolutely welcome to be around during our session and if you need to help them or tend to them during the session that is a-okay! I am happy to help hold and comfort baby as well! It’s very common to have Bluey or Frozen on in the background during the session and that is the beauty and the ease of being in your home!
