MOBILE SERVICES
INITIAL EVALUATION
A 90 minute initial evaluation is performed where I extensively review your medical, women’s health history, and current concerns. Next, I assess you holistically from head to feet, performing specific tests and measures. I save plenty of time for education and questions!
TREATMENT
Treatment sessions follow the evaluation and are 60 minutes, also in your home or virtual. Expect a new exercise plan in your mobile app each session with exercises that are tailored to your favorite type of fitness (barre, pilates, lifting weights). Manual therapy like a pelvic floor exam, spinal manipulation, lymphatic drainage massage, cupping, and pelvis mobility work may also be a part of your plan!
COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE
Your kiddos are absolutely welcome to be around during our session and if you need to tend to them during the session or feed/change them, that is perfectly fine! We are always happy to help comfort or hold baby as well. Yes, you can have a show on in the background for the littles, too! We often set up in the living room next to them, oh the beauty and ease of being in your home.

STOP PEEING YOUR PANTS ONLINE COURSE
You could stop peeing your pants in 90 days or less with my self guided course. This is perfect for you if you are looking for a holistic, conservative solution to your bladder leakage that doesn’t involve surgery, pills, or panty liners.
This course helps with stress incontinence, overactive bladder, and urge incontinence. A few examples being peeing your pants when you sneeze, cough, run, or jump, dribbling on the way to the bathroom, or getting the urge to pee more than 10 times a day!
