First we start with a 1-1, 90 minute, initial evaluation in the comfort of your home to answer all of your questions, find out what is important to you, get to the root cause, thoroughly review your past medical history, perform a full body assessment, movement analysis, and review my findings with you. Next, I am able to estimate the number of treatment sessions it will take and then we begin our journey together ASAP!

This course was designed for the women that have bladder leakage from either an overactive bladder AKA urge incontinence, or stress incontinence and are sick and tired of using bladder leakage products, have bladder sling surgery, wear adult diapers, take bladder leakage medication, or wear pads to temporarily treat it. This 3 step self-guided course will have you stop peeing your pants with jumping, coughing, sneezing, running, and squatting in 90 days or less! If you need more help from me, there are 3 tiers available for additional support!
