3 ways to prevent bladder leakage when you jump!

HI FRIEND,

School is out and It’s officially summer time! If you’re an Arizona mom, you know it’s HOT and if you don’t want to be stuck inside all day with your kiddos, a fun thing to do is go to trampoline parks so they can let off some steam.

When you get there, your kiddos are asking you why you’re not jumping with them and you have to explain that you can’t jump anymore. They don’t really understand why not so they keep begging you to join them, you don’t want to explain why you’re REALLY unable to in front of everyone, but all of the other moms also know why you’re “not able to.”

Does this sound familiar? So, you go sit down in your black leggings at the picnic areas with all of the other moms who can’t jump and you’re sad you’re missing out. Maybe you’re even scrolling on your phone while you sit at the trampoline park right now wondering how you can fix this and stop peeing your pants so you CAN join your kiddos.

You’re in luck, I have a course just for that! In 90 days or less, you can stop leaking urine when you’re jumping, sneezing, coughing, squatting, and running and I would love it if you joined me! Learn more about it here.

3 tips so you don’t leak urine when you jump!

In this episode I review 3 tips on how to stop peeing your pants when you jump. These are all related to how you land in the jump because that is the crucial part for moms that have the problem of bladder leakage.

It usually always relates back to the amount of impact of the jump on the landing. Our pelvic floor, most often times postpartum, needs to be re-trained to be able to receive forces back up through the kinetic chain (meaning our feet, knees, thighs, pelvic floor, spine, and shoulders.)

Tune in to this episode to learn the 3 things to focus on in your body during you landing.

Give these 3 things a try, and if it isn’t enough for you, I’ll see you in my course!

And THEN at the trampoline park! 😉
